Terms of Service

Southern Ohio Exterior Wash ("we", "us") provides exterior cleaning services in Southern Ohio. By placing an order through our online kiosk you agree to these terms.

1. Estimates

All prices shown in the kiosk are estimates based on the information you provide. We may adjust the final price after a property review or on-site measurement. You will be notified and asked to approve any change before service is performed.

2. Deposits

Orders are confirmed with a deposit (default 20%, $25 minimum, $250 maximum). The balance is billed after service is complete.

3. Scheduling

The date and window you select are preferences. We confirm a specific arrival window after reviewing your order. Weather and access conditions may require rescheduling.

4. Service area

We currently serve Montgomery, Greene, Warren, Brown, Clinton, Adams, Pike, Clermont, Highland, Ross, Fayette, and Pickaway counties in Ohio.

5. Limitations

We cannot guarantee removal of permanent stains, etching, oxidation, or damage caused by prior coatings. We use industry-standard low-pressure soft-wash techniques on siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces.

6. Liability

We carry general liability insurance. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel any time before service begins. See our Refund Policy for deposit handling.
