Refund Policy

Deposits

Your deposit holds your spot on our schedule. If we can't service your property (out of area, conditions we can't safely work in, scope we can't deliver), we refund 100% of the deposit.

Price adjustments after review

If our review changes your estimate, you'll be asked to approve the new total. If you decline, the deposit is refunded in full minus any out-of-pocket trip charges (which only apply if we've already visited the property).

Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours before your visit: full refund.
  • Within 48 hours: $50 rescheduling fee or full forfeiture of deposit, your choice.

Service issues

Not happy with the result? Call within 7 days and we'll come back and re-clean affected areas at no charge. If we can't make it right, we refund the affected service line.
